Default Very Happy (F)riday indeed. New wheels!

Well I bent one of the stock wheels beyond repair and thought now is the time for aftermarket. I went with Avant Garde M510 in their "Dolphin Gray" color, 20x10 +38 with 275/30/20 on all four corners. Also while it was in for the wheels went ahead and got the brembos powder coated burnt copper. I love the way it turned out. No rubbing in the front but the rears will be getting rolled in the next couple of days. Diffuser and side skirts up next

Looks great! Do you have the car lowered at all? If so what set up?

Not lowered as of yet. I was thinking swift springs but I'm sure that would bring on more fender work

Very nice! Looks great!

Beats the black lug nuts I put on my OEM wheels tonight

What year are your OEM wheels? What are you doing with them?

Calipers are awesome as well! Reminds me of my G35 Brembos.

I need to get mine painted, but I'm not doing it myself!

Did you put a pic? I put black lug nuts on as well... they blend in much better! They are 08 "samurai" wheels. I thought about trying to find one and using as my winter set but if you have something in mind PM me

Haha! It's literally too hot here to even go back out and take a pic! But, it makes a huge difference. Pics tomorrow when the new rotors and Project Mu's go on.

So, you got the calipers powder coated instead of painted? That's excellent. What kind of a shop do you look for that can do this--would a body shop do it or know who to send them out to?

Did they take them fully off your car to coat them? Can you PM me with the cost that you paid? Just curious about the ballpark cost.

Now I'm really wanting to do this as well!

Car looks superb! Do you notice a difference in front end turn in?

I have! It feels more planted and turn in is definitely sharper. I need to find some winding roads

Nice, the stock height doesn't look so bad compared to stock wheels. Seems more noticeable of the gap when stock

Love those wheels! If I wasn't in the process of building a garage/shop, I'd have them.

Looks nice, it flows well with the car! First I've seen with the same wheel size on all four corners.
