Throttle blip

It is fairly quiet on stock exhaust but anywhere above ~4k you should be able to hear it. Or you can just go aftermarket and have downshifts that sound like an exotic car is going by (bazooka)

Stock = Can be heard but not unless higher in the rev range or paying attention
Exhaust = Very easily heard. Especially in manual mode, i hear mine all the time when downshifting unless very low revs. Its something i never get bored of and enjoy hearing just as much as the first time i heard it :-) Ps Its almost good enough to warrant an exhaust on its own lol

I don't brake hard enough? That's comedy. No, never heard it blip in any mode other than manual, and the documentation from Lexus does not support your assertion. Rev match is only enabled in manual mode.

Mine blips in manual only above 2000 rpm. I get a blip in auto/sports mode while braking as well. Though thinking about it, only while going down a hill. Maybe I haven't tried braking on flats in auto/sports.
