Just gathering info that has been shown on the forums, FBO (headers, exhaust, intake, and tune) will typically yield anywhere from 420-430 WHP. That is pretty substantial, and outside of the tune, was unheard of for this community just a few short years ago.

If you're not looking into headers, the next best approach is subtracting weight on the vehicle, in particular rotational mass. Two-piece rotors, lightweight wheels, and even wider tires can produce a brand new feel in the driver's seat. When I swapped the OEM rotors for the two-piece ones, I saved about 24 lbs. I weighted my wheels and tires compared to the OEM setup and lost about 5 pounds per corner there, too. It has undoubtedly resulted in quicker acceleration and a better driving experience.

Here's an idea below with this link, there are many threads on this mod but this is one of them and I'm leaning towards getting it as well

lca solution rr USRS or figs lca bushing
f sport rear sway bar
figs spherical bearing rear end rods
big brake kit 2 piece rotors
coil overs Penske or Ohlins
wheels if smaller than 8.5x 19 front 9.5 x19 rear
Tires 255 35 19 front 275 30 19 rear ( you can run this rear with fender roll in the back)
handling just as important as power mods

Do you need to roll your rear fenders in order to fit 275/30/19s on stock 2012 rims?

sorry I have 2010 with aftermarket wheels. Not much help. I had to do mine with MY wheel and Tire combo.
others have claimed that they run the same tire combo on different (DK if stock or aftermarket) wheels with no rubbing and no fender roll required.

my personal advice, get a PROFESSIONAL, who knows what they are doing and uses a heat gun so the metal doesn't crack.

i had mine done that way, FLAWLESS workmanship can't even tell and was less than $150 bucks. WELL WORTH IT.

i would encourage people not to fear the possibility of a feder roll, as long as you have a professional doing the work.

do your research the best you can, get what you want THAT YOU THINK WILL REASONABLY FIT, and get a roll job done if needed.

i know there are guys with really agressive fitment ( one guy running 305 rears) and that's cool, but is a lot of work with fender roll lowering and agessive camber adjustment.

IMHO ( shared by rr racing btw, respect those guys and FIGS ALOT) 275 is sweet spot on the rears, doable with minor adjustments which may or may not require a roll ( depending on rim size and offset , don't forget about offset). Higher than that and you are gonna need some serious work (lowering camber, etc)

So many options you could take, I would just do a search on mods.

Performance or aesthetics?

Nope, not an issue at all with the 2012 wheels. I have 275/30 PSS on the rear & I'm lowered on Penske coilovers.. I even added 15mm spacers last weekend.

What about some how converting out water pump to an electric one to help some of the power lost through the accessories, maybe an under drive crank pulley , maybe an RCF intake manifold and TB / combine with a RR tuned intake, most of these are waayyyy out there , but now we have a tune and start looking at other stuff to gain HP here and there . what's everyone's thoughts?

I'm missing this on their site, somehow. Could you provide a direct link?

OP, is your exhaust catback? or just rear section? I'd suggest going the route of having a true dual setup.
