Default Vsc light, traction, and cel

Did some searching but haven't found anyone with my error.

Car goes into limp mode with vsc, traction, and cel only when i wot 1st gear and on sports mode, 2bars on the transmission oil temp.

No weird startup, and drives fine regularly.

What can cause this?

Id recommend getting the codes read through a scan tool. Should give you some guidance. Otherwise it could be one of many things.

You definitely gotta get the Check engine codes pulled. The Vsc and traction control lights will always go on whenever the Check engine light turns on.

Yea, i plan on getting the codes pulled.

lights turn off once i restart the car. And once the car is warmed up, I can do multiple wot launches without any problems.

May I ask why you installed an o2 simulator without a header?

When you start your car up, can you still start from 1st gear now?

When I didn't have the o2 simulator installed, I was not able to start from 1st gear in manual.

No problems.
Will try again after work

my guess is catalytic converter efficiency code .

with my exhaust I occasionally get this. Bought a blue tooth OBDII reader and use it with dash command for iOS .
usually triggers when certain environmental conditions occur but no real rhyme or reason to it. I check the code and usually just reset the it. Clears the cel and the vac and trac lights. Just be careful if you are doing spirited driving when a cel occurs. I didn't know at the time about it automatically deactivating trac and esc almost ended up in a ditch.

iterval has been between 500 and 2500 miles between occurances. Had the car checked and nothing wrong each time. If it's a different code you probabally need to have it looked at to investigate further.

I would take out the O2 Sim because it's not necessary in your case. The shop made the mistake so I would have them take it back out, maybe that's part of the issue possibly??

O2sim spoofs emissions from the secondary cats. I dont think it would affect, unless ****ty wiring, but i dont think so.

Once i pull codes, things will make more sense. Hopefully

i would recommend getting a scan tool or the obd bluetooth dongle. it can be very helpful as you can scan for codes and reset. just incase this happens again at least you will know the codes and proceed on resolving the issue. recommend if you have headers or exhaust.
