I have poor posture & occasional lower back pain & I find the IS-F seats pretty comfortable for long stretches at a time. I've done a 510 mile road trip from MI back to VA (in a personal record of ~7 hrs flat) with only one 10 min stop for gas & bio break without any issues.

Same here with the posture/back issues. I purchased it in Maryland and the trip home to Texas went unbelievably smooth. I had a foam pillow which helped, but the seat is definitely on the upper end of support IMO. Even slept in the front seat at a rest stop the first night I had it.

What type of stretching do you guys suggest, I ended my classpass subscription because I never went to any yoga spots, but I guess now that has to change

I think it's because of having wide shoulders that roll in. I spend a few hours a day in my car, for better or for worse

Make sure you are giving your rear deltoids some love in the gym. It's often overlooked and causes posture issues among other things.

I'm 5'11 and 170 or so and they are just about right. Definitely a tight fitting car even at my size so bigger guys having some issues is no surprise to me. (perfectly comfortable here though)

I will never go to a slower car than the is-f

Turns out you guys were right, I did your exercises and stretches, I pushed forward with my palms on the door jam, for 5 minutes ever hour on the hour, and within 1 week my pain has gone away

Beers for everyone
