I would love to do the cars and coffee thing but the thing is, a lot of us are traveling quite far as Lmood stated. I know I'd have to leave around 3am to make it there before 8. I think that would just cut out anyone traveling any kind of distance for the F meet.

Im in. Im about 2 hours away. Like the guys said it would be easier to do something in afternoon or night. I will most likely grab a hotel if anyone wants to go out and have a few drinks.

I got an RCF that would probably follow me as well. Maybe another F if he is in town.

This has probably been noted before but, I couldn't find it. 9/3 & 9/4 is Labor Day weekend. Don't think I can make that weekend due to family travel plans. I thought this may be a busy weekend for others but maybe not. I like the idea of leveraging the cars and coffee event although it may mean coming in Friday evening. Even if C&C wraps up around 10 or 11 that may not mean we have to leave and could continue interacting with each in a large space that's conducive for car gatherings. Just a thought.
