Mine is still a little out of sorts after replacing my battery a few weeks ago, so I'm guessing the process takes a few hundred miles.

Also, with my car I have noticed if I let it idle with the A/C off it idles very low, around 700rpm, and almost feels like it's going to stall out. But with the A/C on it idles more normal, around 1100rpm.
Understood in regards to the car adapting to your driving style. On the PPE headers, they only have O2 simulators correct there is not any actual "tune" on the car, it is just tricking the ECU correct? It is not changing the actual tune of the car correct?

Same here with PPE headers and Joe Z exhaust. 500 with no AC. After the car is warmed up anyways. I think 1100 is what I get on a cold start.

Cold start is obviously loud, but once warmed up it is very quiet idling. It is also consistent - no dips or surges. The issues described by DRE sound odd, and it is unlikely the car has a tune.

Correct, O2 simulators/conditioners are just tricking the ECU so it doesn't throw a CEL and go into limp mode without first gear, it is still on the factory tune.

Is this the silver one on Ebay with like 44k miles for $31K? I'm also in IL. I haven't gone to see it but someone said the maintenance records showed it had a head rebuild in the past.

Also, I work for Experian (Who owns Autocheck) and although the Carfax shows clean, the Autocheck shows 2 accidents in the past:
07/17/2012 CHICAGO, IL
Police Report ACCIDENT REPORTED (Case #:HV387117)
MULTIPLE IMPACT COLLISION

05/30/2013 IL
Police Report LEFT FRONT IMPACT COLLISION
ACCIDENT REPORTED (Case #:HW298700)

I sent them a message via ebay and mentioned how the autocheck showed 2 accidents so how flexible were they on price...and they didn't even bother replying. I'd pass on it.

Yeah it's a silver one with around 45k miles. That's pretty ridiculous about the accident. Was gonna pass on this car because of the crappy test drive but this definitely seals the deal.

Thanks for the heads up!
