I would say low 30s to high 20s. Just make sure you find a clean one. Miles aren't really a problem, but lower the better!

40k miles isn't that huge of a difference...so imo, go with the '11 F with all the newer tech/more up to date, which, IMO, is a large difference from the 08 (which also suffered from water pump issues).

Bolded makes the decision even tougher. There is validity in both arguments. The water pump on the 08 was replaced at 36,000 miles with the updated version and it has the updated headlights. It also has the F sport carbon fiber steering wheel. Like OP asked, are the prices you guys are quoting OTD prices?
No, just vehicle price. I traded in my IS250 for it, so taxes and fees were pretty minimal. OTD for around $30 (not including trade in value).... Started negotiating at $34 OTD

Wow thats impressive you got it down that low. The car im looking at has dry rotted tires, and never had the rotors replaced. Hopefully I can get more off that price.
i almost dropped a deposit on this one, yesterday. 2010, decent miles, clean carfax, balance of 7yr/100k mile warranty left, Tom's splitter/diffuser combo, decent wheels....and less than $32K. with all those mods...and a Joe Z intake...i wanted to see if it had an exhaust, as well. i had them take some pics and found it that, not only does it have an exhaust, but headers as well.
unfortunately, that was a deal breaker. not only the smell of the unburnt fuel but i cant get another F that was as loud as my previous one with the ISS QES. but this is a HELLUVA deal for someone to swipe up...
