Are you going to put a decal on it?

Yes, I'll be getting the "brembo" decal in black done tomorrow then apply clear coat.

Always a nice DIY. Looking forward to the outcome. The orange seems to be a popular choice now, and rightfully so. I am a bit tired of the black myself, but having seen how the orange shows up, it is definitely a good color to go with. It'll make the wheels pop just a bit too. Can't wait to see the final look.

What are the steps to paint these, I mean, do you strip them down first or what.......just curious.

Is it a complete kit or do you buy everything separately?

Looking forward to the finished results. Were you at all inspired by the stock GSF orange brakes?

To answer some of your guys questions:
Yes the new stock GSF kinda influenced me to do this.
I did strip off the black paint as much as possible with sand paper and a small hand sander, made the surface super smooth by the end!
For the paint I used local auto paint that's high temp, I think it's called a "Chevy orange".
I'm not too sure on size of decal yet, maybe around 3" length...

I had the same idea on Saturday. I am happy with about 5 hours worth of work.
