Default Another I finally traded my IS F...

Well I'm unfortunately joining the club of trading in my IS F. I was approaching 100k miles and wanted to trade it in or sell it before I got too close to 100k.

I had high hopes for the RC F and the GS F but upon seeing them and test driving them I was a little disappointed. I then began shopping a ton of cars. F-type, BMW M2/4/5/6, Merc C/E 63, Audi S/RS 7 & R8, and even a newer lower mileage IS F. In the end, the car I chose was my last hoorah before I enter dad mode and am forced into cars like the M5/6 Gran Coupe, GS F and Audi RS7.

My final selection:

Nice, what year?

Are you parting out your IS-F?

Nice choice!

Congrats on the new ride. Hope you have lots of fun with it before becoming a boring Dad like me!

P.s - You can still own a cool two seater as a Dad, just buy the wife a mini-van to drive! Lol.

Man, that will be a whole new world of fun for you, enjoy it and congrats. Quick question, what did you think of the RS7 in terms of power and handling compared to our IS-F?

It's a 2015. Yes I'll be taking all my parts off my F this week and they will be going up for sale. PM with what you're interested in.

Kinda. I live in Fort Myers now but I travel back to Gainesville every couple months to see my mom and friends. I'll be back there in 2 weeks. If you're interested in any of my car, let me know.

I really liked the fit and finish of the interior. It's probably the classiest feeling interior on a sports sedan I've ever seen. Power was monstrous and a blast in a straight line! Handling was good for a car of its size and weight but compared to the IS F felt numb and sluggish. I really quite hate to get rid of my IS F. After test driving all the cars I did, my appreciation and infatuation for the IS F just grew that much more.

Yeah, I might be interested depending on what you have. I've actually seen 1 GT-R up here, but never an ISF.

Nice pickup on the GTR! To test drive so many cars and end up picking the GTR means that this car is truly amazing. Congrats!

Must have been fun ripping that beast, but ya, the GT-R seems like the next logical choice, no more having to worry about that wheel spin

Nice upgrade. That was the car that made my F feel like a Toyota Camry
