I understand shops have to be paid for their work/employees and bills and not complaining about any prices or anything, just trying to see what you guys think a fair price for labor would be for these 2 items. And with a lift, about how long of an install would it be? Thanks!

My recommended installer is $100 for exhaust, $150 for springs..

It really depends on the area/market. California prices tend to be cheaper compared to most other markets.
I would guess around $125 for exhaust and $400 for springs which seems to be the average I've seen on the forums.
For reference, in Seattle area, I was quoted $150 for exhaust and around $500 for springs + $125 for alignment (this was on a GS350). I managed to do both myself (minus alignment) in my garage in about 6 total. Alignment was free since i have a lifetime alignment.

Before I decided to do it myself I called around for a quote on the exhaust install. Out of 3 shops, prices ranged from $80-95.
Regarding suspension...the springs/shocks on these cars are incredibly easy to replace (compared to the bazillion other cars/trucks I've swapped suspensions on). If you have any mechanical aptitude whatsoever, I wouldn't be scared to attempt it yourself. Otherwise, I wouldn't pay more than $200 for the labor (assuming a $75 per hr labor cost)
