Default Will 17" wheels fit IS F?

I assume no due to clearance issues.

I have 17" OEM IS300 wheels with snow tires that I use on my IS250.

If I upgrade to IS F will the 17" still fit?

No. 18" is the smallest diameter you can go and still clear brakes.

Only some 17" rim will fit the REARS only.

I figured as such.

Wondering how much I lose in resale if I sell or trade in my IS250 with 17" snow tires instead of OEM 18"

IMHO, you might do OK if the winter wheels look decent and you put on a set of summer or all-season tires.

Are you trying to run your OEM ISx50 18" on a future IS-F?

Right, there's less brake to clear in the rear and then that will vary on spoke design and offset.
