Default 2011 ISF VS 2016 Camaro SS

I thought I'd share this nice fun & friendly run with my friends new SS. Both cars had 1 passenger in each car. Please excuse the background talk! And laughter...lol We're all just a bunch of aviation techs that love cars and couldn't wait to put these two cars head to head.
My F currently has ISS Forged QES and the rest is stock. SS is a stock Manual. Plenty of more runs lined up in the future. We're both looking into modding both cars accordingly, enjoy!

That's what it seems like. I'd like to see from a standstill. Great great video by the way. Hope to see more soon on this thread.

Thanks guys! I got several more videos. From the same night. The ISF's point of view shot by my passenger, also more from the Camaro. The one posted is definitely the best! Originally, I didn't want to share because I thought the owner of the Camaro didn't want to share...but one of the passengers who filmed the videos posted it on FB. I just ran with it...lol. All of us are stoked though!

We did some ditch runs the first chance we got!!! Unfortunately, no passengers to film😔. We're getting a feel for the cars, then we'll whip out the GO Pro's...lol. From a standstill both cars spin in 1st, 2nd, and a bit in 3rd! I got him a few times! He got me a few times...pretty even. I got more videos, I'm thinking of just posting them all...lol.

Wow your exhaust only F hung pretty well considering the new 2016 Camaro SS is no slouch, I think in the new MT comparison the new Camaro SS was slightly quicker than the BMW M4 in both 0-60 and 1/4.

Great video !! The F pulls like a train considering its age and the fact that the new Camaro has a ton more torque

You should. Depends what tires you have as well I have Nitto Invo's and they have some amazing grip. I haven't driven mine much yet but will be brining it up to where I live next week

Ugh...I'm going to get burned for this but here it goes...lol. I got stock 225/40/19 Toyo Proxes 4 plus that came with the car in the front. Approx 4 months ago I had to replace the stock rears 255/35/19 Toyo's w/ Pirelli P zero's. My original intention was to move the P zero's from the rear to the front. Then purchase P zero's 275 for the rear.
After much reading I came to the conclusion it is more ideal to fit 245/35/19 in front and 275/30/19 in the rear. On stock wheels. The front Toyo's are in immaculate shape despite them being over a year old...lol. I'm just playing the waiting game to get rid of them. I can't justify tossing perfectly good tires and I also don't have space to store parts right now. That's where I'm at tire wise...👎

No reason to ditch good tires. Run them hard and run them down then get what you want. Try to find a place that will give you a warranty even on high performance tires.
