wondering if anyone else had this problem after installing 15mm spacers. cleaned the hub with sandpaper and re-torqued but still getting somewhat wobbling on flat roads.

if you are using oem wheels.
your oem wheel studs are hitting the back of the wheel. you'll have to remove the spacer and grind the oem studs a couple millimeters.
same thing happened to me when i put spacers on. im on 2012 wheels.

This is correct. I got lazy and didn't run spacers in front. Or u can do it right by putting in extended studs and hubcentric spacers plates
Did you change anything else when you installed the spacers? If not, I would pull them off to determine if it is the spacer or an incorrect install of the studs.
I have 15mm H&R spacers with extended studs - no issues.
Sorry guys...spacers are dangerous and for looks only...they screw up your suspension geometry and put more wear on your wheel bearings.
I mean I've heard this a lot but I've never had any problems with my S2000 and spacers. see tons of people saying they needing bearing replaced with lower miles, without spacers ect and I'm at 255k miles lowered & spacers for years now & never had an issue.
^^^^^^ I had 10mm in fronts and 20mm in back on my gti. I never had any issues and put over 60k on them. Anything over 10mm you need have extended studs.
Now that I really think about it. It has to put more stress on wheel bearings and tire wear.
