To buy or not to buy...
There is an IS F for sale locally, that appears to be a steal of a price. After contacting the internet sales department, I received an e-mail stating the e-price of the car is $22,745. That's insanely low for even having nearly 100k on the odometer.

These are the only two pictures the internet sales manager got to me: http://imgur.com/a/UfwCt
My issues with the car is the color, mileage and a gap in the service history. Obsidian Black is not my least favorite color, but my preference is Starfire Pearl, SGM or Tungsten.
The black is a pain to keep not only clean but well cared for. The mileage is a little high for my peace of mind. Without looking at the car in person, I don't know if it has a Mark Levinson stereo. My old 350 had one and I loved it in comparison to the Pioneer alternative. From the service history, it looks like the touch screen was replaced and the dash was fixed a time or two for the notorious bubbling that plagued '08's. I'm not sure if the water pump was replaced. I'd have to take another look. If it has been replaced, is it typically good to go for quite some time or do people often have multiple failures? I'm not sure of the condition of the brakes or tires either, which could be contributing to the lower price.
I'm worried about checking the car out in person because I may end up leaving the dealership with it because that damn price is unreal. It would leave me so much money for mods. lol.
Thoughts...opinions? Anyone else settle only to realize that you're still happy as could be?

Seems like a good deal but I wouldn't settle if I were you. I'd keep looking for exactly what you want. It took me a year to find my IS-F in the interior/exterior colors you want.
Oh and you better get a PPI done by a ASE Certified Master Mechanic. They will find things wrong with the car that you wouldn't be able to yourself. Bought mine used and the mechanic I hired to do my PPI found a small oil gasket leak in the engine.
