Got a chance to watch the entire video. Looked great. And the track is awesome. Looks fast and fun . Smooth and flowing. Thanks for sharing bud. Like I said, the track F'ers are the rarest of the breed.

Thanks man. Yeah that configuration is my favorite. The other is the original 1.7 mile track. Both are fun but the 3.1 is the most technical & fun. Im looking forward to going to MSR Houston in June. Ive never driven that track before. Im sure one session & ill have the line down...

I was there in 2014 also! Yeah thedriversedge.net is who i do my track days through. They do a 2day, down there every year, but you can only run one day, cause they book so many ppl. But yeah its super expensive. $600-800 if i remember correctly. But i will def have to do it one day!

Here in the Southeast they're $275 to $350 for the usual PCA or BMWCCA events. I run with Tarheel Z Club too, and they're about the same. With track insurance, gas, brakes and travel time, it ends up being about $1000 a weekend no matter how you slice it.
I will be buying the wife a Cayenne later this year to help with the PCA costs...

I have been wanting to add up the costs for the 14 track events. Its not as cheap as I may have thought. Still totally worth it in my book and the wife is TOTALLY cool with it. She encourages me to go out and hit the track.
Congrats in advance on the Cayanne !!
