The one in Fife is a 2010. Did you look at that one too? I know for sure 2 others did and we all passed on it.

I was desperate at the time (no other car), so I lowballed them tough.

They didn't even want to negotiate, haha!!

Congratulations & welcome to the group. It's a great time to be a new owner.

My '08 is MM (Mercury Metallic) as well. It wasn't my first choice of color, but I've grown to love it, esp. in low light.

Whereabouts are 'ya? I'm in N Seattle

The one in Tacoma...has been looked at by at least 3 people on this forum.. its has issues. Ignoring the scrapes scratches dings etc., the front end bumper, wings and headlight have had some combination of removed/replaced/repainted.

Lol, did you register just to rip on that car? I like that man. It's been on their lot for over 6 months, I hope they take gas on it. I wasn't impressed with anything about my exerience down there.

I'm in the south sound, but work in north Seattle..

I wanted white, but settled on mm because I didn't have a lot options locally..

I finally had a chance to open the car up a bit yesterday while it was dry...

I'm afraid it may be too much car for me, coming out of a lethargic is300 makes the F feel like a rocket ship..

I can't really drive it as hard as the is300 in part because I'm living in fear that I'll crash it right out of the gate!

Nah.. If you treat it with respect, leave the electronic nannies on, and gradually explore its potential, you'll be fine.. Congrats & enjoy your new ride.. In moderation, of course

Did you consistently drive it in SPORT mode?

I came from a GS350 AWD, and the 2 cars aren't comparable by any means. I love the sport mode, but normal mode is just fine for everyday driving.
