Thinking of coming back to Lexus... ISF
I have owned an IS300, ES300, and an IS350 that I sold a few years ago. I almost bought an ISF before the IS350 and again when I sold the IS350 but went in another direction.
I haven't looked at ISF prices in about 2.5-3 years but I randomly search autotrader for local ISFs and found this 2013 at the Lexus dealer only a few miles away. I know 3 years ago that buying a 2-3 year old ISF with 26k miles for $45k would have been a good deal but where does this fall in the market today? I've done some basic research this morning but was hoping someone with more knowledge of the ISF market could chime in.

They mention the car is certified and should be until 12-2018 or 03-2019 depending on when they start counting the 6 years. Downside is that the Carfax mentions it was a 'corporate fleet' vehicle and a 'manufacturer vehicle'... anybody know if that means if it was a service loaner or lexus corporate car that reviewers drove or something else?
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Also, If I do get back into a Lexus, it will be a 2011+ ISF.
Thanks

Means it was probably put into Loaner/Rental Fleet at the dealer it went to hence the low mileage when it went to auction or it may have been a managers Demo.
Not a bad price might I add.

If it was a rental from lexus themselves with a non-smoker, it should be fine. I used to work for a car rental by the airport. I can tell you to stay away from used rental cars like hertz, dollar, budget, avis..ect. Drug dealers will rent a car and use it to do their business. When it comes back, it's filthy and stinks of weed. I remember one of them leaving so fast that they left 1 bag of weed, $10k in CASH, and a loaded handgun. Of course they called back. There were sheriff's waiting and none of them showed up. The funny thing was the first manager counted $10k. The second manager counted $3k. So when the sherif came to ask, my first manager said $10k cash. Thats when the second manager says he must of miscalculated and went back to count it. He came back with $10k cash.

this is true. I saw an interview with some higher end gang members. they said they always use a rental when doing business so to speak. I never knew that until I saw the documentary.
Damn the manager was taking 7k of the drug money. He was gonna get capped.
oh and welcome back to the if-f club.
