Default Rear tires size for 19" wheels....

I'm currently running 255/35/19 Michelin Pilot Super Sports but I just got a flat. I'm on 19x10.5 with +35 offset wheels on rolled fenders. Since I need to change the tire, I want to get wider tires. I'm okay with "fatter" tires, what size would you recommend for mixed performance/comfort? I really like the Super Sports, so I'll stick with them. I'm debating between 275/30 vs 265/35.......

I'm running 295/30 Bridgestone S-04 on 10" wide RCF wheels with a +41mm offset, Rear fenders are rolled and there is slight rubbing over large bumps. But, I luv the look, the added traction and very neutral handling (I am also running 255/35s on the front). I wouldn't change a thing.

275/30s are about 25.5" tall
265/35s are about 26.3" tall
255/35s are 26.02" tall

Just something to think about when choosing. The only tire size above 255 (that would fit a 10.5" wide rim) that comes out to 26" tall is a 295/30 and its 25.96" tall...

Front is 19x9.5 +35 with 235/35 (going to go wider since there's plenty of room in the front). The setup was from my previous IS350.
