Congrats on your F! What you'll remember more than the first down payment...is the last payment. You'll get there. Until then, enjoy the car and the fun and happiness it'll give you.

Ya well to each their own and their opinion. I appreciate the people that support me and are excited to have me a part of the forum. And I appreciate the people that think I am an idiot for financing it. There is more to the story that always doesn't have to be explained.

Ya well the GSF's are I'm sure bad azz. Have to let me know how they compare to the ISF. I see that ASG protection plan is no joke. They said it covers everything electrical and mechanical except otherwise stated. So I do surely have some piece of mind for the next 3 years 40k miles. Thanks again Shaun for being a standup guy and answering all my questions. Can't wait to pick it up

It depends on depreciation, honestly. As long as you come up with a plan to never owe on the car if you sold it might work out. Also you can pay it off early and use the extra cash you would have used to buy it in full for investments. Not saying your wrong but the full picture is all that is needed before coming to conclusions (term, rate, personal agenda). Technically financing a new car is the stupidest thing you could do since it will have the largest initial depreciation drop a after financing. Generally when you buy used, even at 8 years old, the car has already taken the largest chunk of it's depreciation hit. Maybe I'm wrong, but it just seems like old or new, it's a calculation of circumstance.

Congrats!
Good to have you onboard with the F family.
Look forward to hearing more about your car and seeing some photos.
This forum is full of information and knowledge when it comes to the F. I'm sure you will get the same warm response and help I have been over the past couple of years.
Enjoy!
Cheers.
