Just keep driving faster and the fumes will never catch up with you!

I can't comment on the smell but you aren't the first person I've heard talk about it. High-Flo cats would probably be your best bet to maintain livability though.

For a daily there's really not much reason aside from cost to not just throw in some hi flows. The loss of power is marginal and to me the potential to remove rasp while eliminating the fumes is definitely worth it.

sniffing gas fumes on the daily is probably not the smartest decision either.

Just placed my order for a pair of high flow cats. Hopefully i run it at the track before and after cat install to see if there will be any difference.

Sounds good there. Do you have outside clips? For me, I'm deciding between this or Borla. It would be nice to get the PPE catback but funds are limited

I don't have any outside clip but it's loud when open cause i'm straight with headers.
When closed, it's near stock sound.

I would say it sounds like any straight pipe ISF you can find on YouTube. Little less drone because the varex is still a straight muffler when open.
The morning sound of fast idle is highly addictive!!! But not neighbors friendly! When I come home late at night I just close it.

Yeah I'm mindful of my neighbors too. Borla has proven gains but the adjustability of Varex is cool. Thanks for sharing the vid

I don't have the Varex model for the ISF.
I got universal varex that I welded on my custom exhaust.
I had to cut the tips because I wanted to keep the stock bumper tips.

So how loud is this exhaust when it's in the open position with stock headers?
