Red Leather - Opinions wanted
I'm considering getting a F with red leather and would like to see how many of you out there have this and if there are any regrets. I originally wanted black suede but am considering the red leather now. Feel free to post pics of actual interior and most of whats online may be enhanced. Thanks!

DO IT!!! What color is the exterior?!
I have Starfire Pearl with red interior and 100% of the people who have been in the car or have walked over to look at it compliment the red interior!! This was a color combo I waited over a year to find and I love it to death! Very classy looking and very rare indeed! Looks luxurious and sporty at the same damn time, lol ;-)

I think Lexus execution of the red leather is off compared to some of the other euro car companies. The two things that kill me the most are the shift ****, and the steering wheel bottom. That is corny as hell. Also, the dual tone red/black is god awful. BMW does it rarely, and is absolutely hideous.
I think Lexus went a little light on the red, but I definitely love red interiors 98% of the time.

Red interior is a hit or miss. As stated by owners here, some really love it, while others prefer not to get it with that interior color choice. From what I've seen by owners who have red interior, the Lexus shade of red leather is pretty nice looking, as it adds a different feel from inside the cabin. Again, it's solely the preference of the owner. I'm personally not a fan of red on the inside, but seeing it executed with other one-off parts, it can be executed quite well.

Personally, I think the red interior looks best on white/dark grey 2011+ cars. They make the car pop, opposed to having the red interior on a black/silver/blue car.
In the end you cant go wrong with either the red, black or black suede. I would never get that the beige or light grey interior though

I also considered the red interior for my '11 but then went with the black Alcantara. I found the blue stitching, red leather, and black trim to be too many colours. It's definitely personal preference but I couldn't do the red with blue at the same time.
