I love and respect NOVEL but their prices are just silly, insane, and highway robbery ( even for the top quality they provide). Too bad many of us will need to watch from the side . LOL Unicorn parts for unicorn prices

Here are some more photos for you guys...
Thousands upon thousands of stitch welds on the chassis. For those that race professionally or are experienced with racing knowledge, know that stitch welding the chassis can drastically improve the handling characteristics of the car.
The downside is that stitch welding a chassis is tedious and painstaking. It takes a lot of time and dedication to do it properly.
Literally they make thousands of tiny tac welds all over each seam of the car where the body panels meet to strengthen and support the entire chassis. It's amazing how much work was put into just strengthening the body of the car. NOVEL really did it right. The end product is nothing short of incredible. They really put in a lot of work and hopefully it'll all payoff in the end.
I love the way the gussets look lining the entire front section of the crazy custom roll cage. This car is a beast.
Enjoy....

Yes, we can most definitely get those side mirror fins for you. I'll PM you shortly.
The aggressive track look is a rare look for the majority of Lexus cars so when one like this comes up, it's quite jaw dropping, especially when it's done right. I love this track look too!!
So do we!!!
Yes, thanks @ISF4life, Taku does love to share a lot of the progress on social media. For those that aren't following him, feel free to do so. He shares a lot of cool stuff and it's not just on their ISF.
I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of track times from them this year. They're more focused and dedicated than ever so I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a ton of photos and videos of them running their car at different tracks. When we spoke to them, they were even considering the Nurburgring . Guess we'll see...
When they came to visit us at our shop in California, we talked to them about this and we found out why the prices are the way they are.
They have a LOT of R&D time behind this exhaust system. They also have one very special person that does incredible design, engineering, and handcrafted welding work. NOVEL hired him as their exhaust builder. He does nothing else except make their exhaust systems. Nobody else was able to properly execute the design of the exhaust at the level they wanted it to be.
If you guys have seen Kill Bill, it's like going to Hattori Hanzo and asking him to make you a special sword, only in this case it's an exhaust LOL .
There is a lot that goes into designing and making their exhaust system so if you know the story behind what it takes to properly make one of their systems, the price makes a little more sense. It's still expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Whether it's worth it to you or not, is a totally different story. I think each person will value this exhaust differently so each person will have their own opinion which is fine.
Their exhaust isn't for everybody but without a doubt it's definitely a unique, good quality exhaust that sounds amazing.

Very happy to see they are rocking the AD08Rs . They are CRAZY !!!! Especially with these HUGE sizes. I am assuming they are running a 255/295. I frequently find myself amazed by the grip. Even when I want the car to spin the rears I cant unless its wet.

On Novel FB that is Enkei RS05RR 18x9.5 +35 18x10 +22 and not known tire specs . Maybe 265/40r18 and 285/35r18 this is close to OEM diameter.

That's certainly how you build a stiff chassis. I think it speaks to just how flexible the OEM configuration is as well. I am not at all impressed with the chassis flex issues I have seen on my car and others. Your sunroof should never wrinkle the corners just because you hit a bad bump in the road.

I don't know anything about Japanese time attack rules, but more often than not they run a spec tire, or require a "street" tire. If they are allowed to run something other than the AD08Rs it will be interesting to see if they stick (yes, punny, I know ) with them. The AD08Rs are awesome, especially for a car that sees plenty of time on public roads, but there are stickier "street" tires available.

Hey guys, as many of you may or may not know, we're one of the official importers and distributors for NOVEL in Japan.
They do more than just make cool aftermarket parts for the Lexus platform, they're very much into tuning and racing as well.
For a while they've been building a track prepped ISF for circuit style racing.
We wanted to catalog and share some of their photos and progress. It's just a downright legit build and it's just way too cool not to share.
Come with us as we watch this build unfold. Once they start competing in track events, we'll try to share some of their experiences on the track as well.

Maybe they've always had these parts and I've just never noticed before, but how are we not talking about all the new aero parts available: Front lip spoiler, hood, rear diffuser?
