Default A dream come true. New F owner out of SoCal.
Ive finally pulled the trigger on the car I've wanted since I was in my early 20s. Im taking delivery on my baby early this week. She's an 08 SFP previously owned by codyjames and i thank him for keeping the car flawless.

Future mods:
Exhaust
Intake
springs or coils
my11 headlights

Congrats on the purchase, and a welcome to the F family! I think you'll find our section very useful for all things mods, maintenance, and events/gatherings. Where in SoCal are you located? A bunch of guys want to get together and make it more of a recurring meet, and the invitation is definitely there for you to see what mods others have done to their F.

Welcome to CL! If you're gonna spend money on new headlights, might as well go for the MY2012+ because they're brighter and has a truer whites whereas the MY2011 has a slight yellow tint to it. 👍

Nice. I think we'll be gathering more often than this past year, so you can see what kind of mods everyone has. It's always a good time to ask questions and get to know the IS F family. No one is excluded here, so it really is a great opportunity to ask stuff that you may not have thought of while not on the forums.

You sure 2012 is more white than 2011? Arent all the 2011+ same?

To the thread starter, nice pickup dont forget the lsd from 2010+ and also headers as they add the most power out of the three.

im def interested to see all the different Fs locally since I rarely see them on the road.

I've considered headers but I'm not sure i want to get too loud. especially if its louder than my is350 with fsport exhaust/invidia mid pipe was
