here it was with the cv7's after some recalls at the dealership [I was pissed off they didnt deliver it the day before because they need a final quality inspection.. when the car was ready before 3pm the day before.. they did the fuel sensor fix and I had to pay 450$ for gaskets and silicone.. yeah..]

So, big update..

-Seats are in with custom brackets..
-Regular isf seatbelts dont plug in so I installed yellow Porsche 911 seat-belts instead that i had for another project...
-Did the wiring today for the electrical movements.. rise/decline, slide fw/reverse, inflate/deflate back

Pending:
Heat/cool and smart seat presets but I really dont care for those
Rear seats are in the tailor shop, so as soon as thats done I'll post up pics of the whole ride

VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS!!!!

Thanks Jspecvtec

Sorry I havent been able to do an update but a lady cut in front of me and messed up the drivers fender/led headlight and the whole front bumper along with the Tom's front lip..

So as soon as I install the c.west cf kit and seibon hood/fenders I'll be putting up pics!

Hopefully in 2-4 weeks it should be ready!

Hey mate.

Any chance you could expand a bit on what you did with the wiring side of things? Also why did you need to change the seatbelts??

I assumed you could re-use the OEM female parts of the seatbelts on the replacement seats? Do they bolt to the seat, or the frames?!

I've ordered my seats along with rails, sliders and a resistor kit for the airbags.

All help and advice greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Looks pretty good. The rear seems like a pretty snug fit?

Nicely done!

Looks great!

Glad you were able to make it work.

What was the hardest bit? Modifying the rears to fit I'm guessing? Were the fronts a straight swap minus the wiring?

Top effort!

Thanks guys,

Yeah definitely the hardest part was the retrofit as the rears don't have headrest the tailor had to swap the steel base from the rcf and mold it to the ISF subframe. So I told him my ulterior motive and he took imagination and made it work.

Fronts were the "easiest" hardware wise, I had to redo the wiring with a friend for the electrical movements to work which took us a few hours. Didn't want to play so much with the airbag/heating system so left those untoched. I'm in PR so it never gets that cold I need a heater system jejej.
