Not bad on the install! I'll take some pics of my activation and purge switches, I also tapped power there cause it wasn't going to be using that source anymore.

So here you see where the ash tray is removed, the cig lighter is relaxed with a on off switch (fit in cig lighter hole and wired into the wiring) next to it the purge button, then the ark throttle controller) vs cluttering my center console junk drawer more lol

NOS is legal in CA.. for "Track use" you can have the system fully installed with the bottle disconnected in the truck and not have issues. I talked to a few smog guys about it and as long as it does not affect the vehicles emissions on the street, there is no reason you cant do it. Basically just leave the bottle at home when your paranoid. But then again, who would look at an ISF and go that car has nos.. No one.

75 shot is plenty to wake the car up. I have a muffler delete with a dump under the car. power feels very natural and linear. It just goes faster. DO a lot of research on it to make sure you understand how it works. Like keeping it in paddle mode and not getting anywhere close to the rev limiter so it doesn't detonate. Not running it with a throttle body controller since it is extra hard on the transmission.

I was thinking about running my switchs there, but it seemed like a pain to get them wired there so I ended up making a bracket for the console. Do you have any issues with the fogger that far down the intake? I didnt want to put mine there because of the PCV breathers.

Do you have an electronic rpm switch?

Wouldn't this be solved with a controller that can enable it on an rpm range? Not being able to go near the redline limits it's practical use, especially at the track.

Using the jmschip n20 controller you can set it up by wot and rpm window activation, activated above select gear, set pressure for turbo/ sc setups, change freq and power for different solenoids, so much more!

Has anyone tried a direct port setup? Definitely way more complicated but will distribute nitrous to each cylinder evenly.

Lol I have used it in 1st before.. Its stupid. Just spins the tires. You can run to 6900 if you dare too. I wouldnt risk it. But yea like Justin said, there is tons of controllers that make it alot safer.

Direct port is hard because the intake mani is cover with sensors and wires and is a pain to remove. Not to mention hood clearance is always an issue.

Hi sorry to bump so late , i had a 2008 w ppe headers , issforge ques, aps intake silicone hose and a afe dry

Car made 400whp no NOS , and with a 100 shot we neted 500whp, I sold the car because i wanted more out of it and to be honest anything over a 100 shot on this car you are risking too much.

This car is not made for the 1/4 mile , even w drag radials here at sea level hot and hummid i never managed to get a 60 ' better than 1.9 always netted 2.1-2.2 crappy 60 ' if you ask me! And stil manage to always dial 12.0-12.2@120-123

Inthe streets of mexico rolling was felt like a 125 traps car , it was fast and fun. But in my opinion 100 shot and all the mods is as far as i would go with it.
Why? Because theres no way to retard timming or do any sord of tunning on this car , hope this helps , i known few members here that no longer have been seen beacuse of NOS in excess of 100 shot my two cents.

For reference and numbers the car w/o nos was constant @ 12.9-12.7@112-114 hope this info helps

We used nex maximixer 4 and we sprayed pregressively 2500-3000 75% ramping to 100% @3000rpm w a shut off time off 6000 rpm i belive dont remember i know it shuts off 250 rpms before red line. Hope all this valuable info you can take advantage out of it , for me to know all this facts took me lots of time and $$$ and yes i also instaled all the system and i remember all the info i found it here , dont have it now but i remember we used the rpm signal from the car , the tps signal from the car , speed sensor from the car , everything was here but its kind of tricky to find it is not explicit .
