Infamous "tick" getting louder after ISS QES install

Disregard. I forgot to tighten the bolt plugging the AF/R port lol

Related question... When did you do your last fresh oil change ??

Mine is louder with new oil.. And as the oil ages the sound gets quieter..

2-3k miles ago, I checked the oil too and I have plenty. I didn't notice a difference after the oil change. Just with the exhaust change, sadly

I switched from conventional oil to synthetic on my last interval. I took 2URGSE recommendation and decided to go with Redline brand. The car truly idle's smoother and runs like a champ. It definitely is on the more expensive side but I prefer the piece of mind. I did the switch also due to the fact the car was idling rougher and rougher. Engine noise was loud, that ticking metal sound was loud, and after 2k miles or so. The car felt tired and a bit rough. All has diminished now.
