Beautiful bike.
There are riders that have been down (me 3 times) and riders that are going down. Just remember that. Its almost inevitable. Not trying to be negative here.
I learned to always ride through stop lights when green with fingers on breaks just incase and reduced throttle.
Watch out for blind spots. Peoples biggest weakness.
I will tell you I have broken out two peoples side windows, kicked 4 cars wile moving and taken off 2 mirrors due to people almost killing me.
Be safe man. They are not watching out for you.
I owned a r1. Loved that monster but what you got is even quicker. Ride with gear. I have to many scars because asphault isn't forgiving.
Sold the R1 and bought this to cruise around in. Much safer.

Congrats on purchasing that beautiful rocket!!!! insane for a first bike IMO. Hope the learning curve goes smooth and get out in the middle of no where and ride your *** off for experience. The more time in the saddle the quicker you'll learn. enjoy!
