Do you slide around more on the 100% leather seats?

I'm 6' 2" 175, athletic build, wide shoulders, 31" waist. My guess is I'll probably be fine. I know Alacantara would be ideal for grip and also warmer in winter. I think I'll be fine with either. Thanks everyone.

I suggest using a different cleaner. Sonax leather cleaner is phenomenal for the money (leathernique is considered the top stuff but it's out of my budget) and doesn't create the super slick surface. If you go into a dealership and sit in new vehicles, you will notice that the leather is far slick. You want the leather to have oils in it to make it soft but be somewhat naked so it can breath.

If anyone has a problem with sliding around, seriously try a different cleaner/conditioner that strips the oils off the surface of the seat but still moisturizers it. It makes them tacky and soft like the day you got the car. I use to seriously slide around in my Acura TL until I realized it was because I was using Armour all leather wipes.

I'm looking at ISFs, specifically 2012-2014 models. I'm warming up to the red leather option though I'd be happy with the leather/Alcantara arrangement too. My question is those of you that have tried/owned both, is there a huge difference in seat gripe in spirited driving? I currently have a WRX with leather and the leather is very slippery and can be a bit annoying during hard driving.
As for Alcantara, how is it holding up for you guys?
