I have both a 2007 GS350 and a 2008 ISF. I personally enjoy the ISF better. The only time I have ever chose the GS over the ISF was when I took a trip to Indianapolis and had 5 people. My 08 ISF has the plastic center piece in the back so I can only fit 4 people. I really only bought the GS because I live in Ohio and keep the ISF garaged during the winters. AWD over RWD here!

thing is I don't think you'll get an F for mid 20's. Every single F is listed high 20's with 100k miles, i know i checked all craigslist, autotrader, cars.com and all of craigslist in the US. This is how I figured out how to price mine.

All car prices seem to be up since the econ is doing better... I could have had a 30k mile X50 996 porsche turbo for 43, how they want 50-55!

I'm about to sell my F tomorrow for 28, but I don't know if I should because I literally don't know what else to get.

I use my ISF as a DD I love it not sure the size of your family but I also have an SUV but I have two kids and the family does fit in the ISF, I use the SUV for long trips but I run around town with the family in the ISF and it's fine.

I can't speak to the 06 GS as I have never driven one, but I recently test drove a '13 GS350 F-Sport and I loved it. Something about the smooth "luxuryesque" ride and roominess that I just highly enjoyed. Didn't hurt that it had the red/Cabernet interior either. Not gonna lie, if it hadn't sold a few days later I was going to go back and talk some numbers.

It really all depends on you. You're almost comparing apples to oranges. If you want a more sporty feel then obviously the IS F, but if you want a more comfortable roomy ride then the GS. Driven both a while back. The GS still has good power and handling isn't bad to boot for being such a big car. The IS F of that year is pretty rough. You'll hear the outside noise and feels the bumps and imperfections in the road, but it handles really well. That V8 makes a big difference. A lot smaller and less comfortable, but you can still fit 4 people nicely in the car. I wouldn't recommend it for long long drives though.

But to those guys that say the GS line up doesn't have *****... they obviously haven't driven a GS350 F-sport lol.

Gas mileage sucks on both, but if you're comparing those two then obviously that's not of the things you're looking at lol.

Also I highly doubt that you'll be able to find an ISF for the price that you'll be able to find the GS430. At that price you mind as well dish out a little more money and get the 2013 GS350

I think I am going to pull the trigger on a GS 460. Wanted an ISF but since most of my driving will be done on weekend, I want to make sure the family is also comfortable in it. There will be 2 car seats in the car on weekends. 4runner will be used mostly during the winter.

With that said, I will be buying the car site unseen and will have to figure out PPI.

I may actually use an Onsite PPI service like InspectMyRide or similar companies. Have you guys ever used services like these? Any recommendations?

Also, does anyone have good recommendation on shipping companies? Thanks.

I had a 3GS and it was a great but the handling was awful. The trunk also sucks

I have 2 baby seats in the back of my F ( for kids more than 30 lbs ) and they look like little red racing seats to boot. I love the way they look
