It's was a lot of fun tried to get some clean roll races bUT it was tough. Cars are about dead even 60-120. Now from a dig I seemed to hook up better but it's a driver's race. The RCF is getting PPE headers this winter so watch for more videos soon.

399lb-ft of torque is "light on the torque"? Maybe in the age of turbo V6 cars, but wow what an ignorant statement.

Sorry if I missed this information elsewhere, but what mods have been done to each car? Very nice videos by the way!

I think I know what he is talking about, in the ISF/RCF, the torque is not flat like turbo engines, but peaks at a higher rpm, 4000+. Thus the power has to "build" instead of being "instant" like a turbo engine esp when not in the powerband. That and the weight of the RCF is probably 4200lbs with a driver.....

Yeah, it doesn't have off-idle torque like a turbo engine...it's an N/A V8 and in the neighborhood of 400 torques is nothing to be sneezed at, even if neared to the top of the rev range than the bottom.

Well, the ISF has substantial more mods on it than the RCF. If you want to see a stock vs stock, click on this video. There is a drag race of ISF vs RCF and the RCF comfortably beats the ISF by a few car lengths

Same here. I love the looks of it but it's performance was a let down. It has almost the same straight line speed as the isf and it was actually slower at VIR than a 2011 isf.

Like stated before, an RCF stock for stock and mod for mod is significantly quicker in a straight line. There are many drag races that prove that. As far as bolt ons go, the ISF in this video has I/H/E while the RCF only has exhaust (and larger circumference wheels, which lengthen the gear ratios).

Watch the stock drag race in this video.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

Well, all of the facts point to that. There are videos proving that. Ask the OP and he will tell you stock for stock RCF is significantly quicker. If you can post a video in which a stock ISF beats an RCF, there will be some weight in your argument.

Here is another POV video where the ISF hangs till the 2nd gear and then starts to fall behind
