Differential bushel cracking

Differential bushel cracking
So I was under the car and noticed one of my bushings has cracks near the differential is this normal for a 2012 42k?
Would this be due to driving agressive ?
I'll take it to the dealer when I'm stateside but I also had a funny clicking noise when driving over bumps.
