Default Buying 2nd hand TE37s,fitment question

I've searched and found that joshlee has the perfect fit of te37 (front 8.5 +28 , rear 9.5 +34)
I found a 2nd hand te37s and the offset is front 8.5 +22 , rear 9.5 +22
Just want to check if they will fit on my 08

TIA

Those will fit just fine. The rear will need about -2.3 camber to work. Fenders rolled

I'm dubious that offset will work out, especially if the OP has any intention of putting on wider tires.

+1. Those offsets will impact mechanical performance in a bad way.

My gt7's are 19x8.5 +23 19x9.5 +24 and fit well just be prepared for work if you lower or going lower. You can get by easy with just rolling and sticking with 245/30 front and 275/30 rear tires. I decreased a little camber when I did the figs links n arms so they fit a little better when I lowered it more which my tires are 35 series so they are rubbing on the liners but a 30 series will be good all around.
