Congrats on the purchase! Had I found out that the deal was taking place in Montclair, a few of us would've joined you for celebratory drinks or even a quick meet and greet.
As far as maintenance, routine oil changes (nearly 10 quarts of oil), brake pads/rotors, and tires. I cannot see any other maintenance item that needs to be addressed relatively often. Since you're at the 40k mark, the spark plugs do come to mind, but that's not immediate by any means.
Do enjoy your MY12, and if there are any questions, either the search function or just asking for members' help/input is always available.

Thanks bro! I'll be heading back up to Montclair soon since the dealer I bought it from is supposed to take care of the minor scratches. They also didn't provide me the lug nuts that require a key to remove so I'll pick it up then. I'll let you know when I'm in the area.
