I did the same for my rain sensor a little while back and i used a slightly thicker fabric tape so there wasn't so much play. Also cleaned the sensor like you had mentioned and it works a lot better. Not perfect, but better.

Do you have muffler deletes on your car? I seen your cars and coffee vid and noticed turn downs under the car. Did you have that done?

Yeah. Mufflers were deleted at the axle back and a custom dump tube was made that bolted up to it. I also have the resonators deleted at the mid pipes. Car is throaty but no drone and can be quiet at times.

great videos. i wish we lived in the same hood so we could mod the F's together. next time you have to ship wheels, you could try going to a shop that sells wheels and ask for empty boxes. also for your lip, Brian(bnizzle) had his Auto-Coture lip sprayed in Line X. i just bought a replica Tom's lip with minor damage and will have it sprayed in Line X.
