No, it's definitely a 3IS bumper. GS350 F-Sport doesn't have a full spindle honey comb grill like this one. Also every 3IS conversion there's always still the original 2IS DRL because you're only changing the bumper not the headlights as well~

Does he have a website? strong reputation? For that price I don't think I could avoid pulling the trigger. Front lips run more than that... and this brings way more freshness.

Not the only one this on thread here on CL its being built to complete in CCS-P class.
I like the way 3IS bumper looks on ISF it's smaller than RC/RCF bumper. The smaller 3IS bumper portions fit well on ISF imo the RC front grill to me is just to larger.
I would be interested in doing this type conversion. I've already few 2IS with thi SD done they came out looking like oem grill very clean.
Look at his bumper you can tell he had itmolded onto ISF front end.
