The car looks to be in good shape with fairly low miles. It appears the radiator and water pump have been done, which I know are known issues.
Is there anything else I should look for in checking this car, besides the obvious, leaks, squeeks, stains, etc...

Thanks-

I have an 08 too. It looks good to go but do a inspection before purchasing. Check all tires, oil, and functions of the car.

My recently purchased 2011 has an intermittent leak on the driver's side of the engine bay, with telltale *psssttt* sound as it drips onto hot metal...something you could easily detect after a short drive.

I'd check bellypans and covers for signs of leaks as well as sides of the engine/trans for residue. Check panel gaps for alignment. Brakes done last year so check rotor width and pad width. A full PPI at the shop of your choice would be ideal.

Your list looks complete for all the recalls. Might want to pop the plastic engine cover off and check to make sure your "plastic wire cover" isn't held together by tape. Quite a few members have had this issue at other dealerships.

Thanks everybody. The other thing I'll add about this car is it's at a non-Lexus dealership but the car was sent to a Lexus dealership for all of the service listed on 6/18. Also, it did just complete Maryland State Inspection.

If it completed MD inspection then you should be good with regard to the general condition of suspension, mounts, axles, lighting, and fuel. Car would need minimum brake pad and tire tread depth to pass as well.
