Matt Farah is a HUGE Lexus fan. I think he would be game as long as they feel that the review will bring in good hits. Its all about the number of views since these accounts are monetized . I just hope its not an 08 or 09. Ideally it would be a 2010 or later. In fact a 2012 would be the most ideal to review

Just spoke to my friend who just finished filming with Matt Farah.

They just did an episode with a 9th Gen 4 door Civic that my buddy built. He also just finished doing an episode for an IS-F.

The IS-F Matt reviewed was an 08 with full exhaust. My friend told me Matt said the IS-F he drove felt slow and didn't handle well, he enjoyed driving the 9th gen Civic better.

Hope he isn't too harsh on the IS-F when the vid goes live. I wonder if he drove an 11+ his opinion would have been better?

I wonder if the 08 IS-F belonged to a member here? Anybody?

this is why I initially said it should be at least a 2010 with the LSD, but ideally a 2011 or 2012 and up. 08s and 09s will never handle as well on the track or canyon carving. Sorry 08 and 09 owners , but its the truth.

True until the '08 or '09 has a Giken LSD. Then it''s game on.

it just sucks that , again, the ISF will be online taking a back seat.....and this time to a civic if they did the "one take" video with multiple cars on the same day like they always do. a 2011 or 2012 with full bolt ons would have been ideal

Civics are ALOT more fun than most people expect. I have lots of fun driving my civic si as I do my GTR on the corners. Civic SI's have LSD and a 6 speed short gear transmission and with proper suspension will provide lots of smiles around the corners.

Stock ISF without LSD will not be nearly as fun.. which is somewhat why I sold mind.
