What's up guys,
I have a 2008 Lexus ISF. It has 130,000 miles on it. I called my local lexus dealership. The first person I talked to said the transmission is sealed and the fluid lasts the lifetime of the car. The second person I talked to said they recommend changing it and that the dealership has the correct tools to do it.



What do you all think?

I don't believe in "lifetime fluids". All fluids will break down over time. Bimmer dealer told me the same thing. I changed the fluid and filter myself at 75k mi and the minor clunks went away, & definitely shifted more smoothly.

Go to a shop with a vacuum type system, should be able to tell how much comes out and what goes back in. Use the ports going to the cooler
