Pleasanton is ok, I would go there over Concord.

You should check out this place, Alan does pretty good work, I had my car there when I lived in CA.

Interesting. I've had good experiences at Concord with my IS350. Can't speak to the ELF recall. Randy at Pleasanton was flat out awesome.

I did talk to the service manager, Clems, and he assured it would be done correctly before dropping it off. It helped as Iv'e had seen Clems since the first thousand mile, long before his promotion.

SA Kelly Yang and the assigned tech did a great job without any issues. The tech went extra mile and nicely cleaned up the entire engine bay area. Icing on the cake was no-charge syn oil change!

Looking over the invoice for the tech number for you but I can't see one. But I now just realized should have the plugs done too as it just went over the 60k miles. WTF was I thinking?!

Thanks for the input! I use another SA usually, but since I know that you went through SA Kelly Yang for this recall with no issues, I might use him.

I saw others post that. I have mine scheduled this weekend at Steven's Creek Lexus in Santa Clara. I already have my "Do NOT Wash" sign printed
