Track Day with Figs-Penske Coilovers
Installed: Figs-Penske Coilovers, Figs front LCA bushing, Well I finally got out to the track [Atlanta Motorsports Park] to put the Penske Coilover to the test and let me tell you, they passed with flying colors. The car handled like it weighed 1000lbs less than my runs at Barber. Turn in was crisp and precise, body roll was negligible, even through the long sweepers. Quick transitions were easy and I never felt like I was 'hauling' the car around, just simple input and response. Once again carbotech brake pads gave me lots of confidence and the new Figs bushings practically eliminated any steering shutter and floating under hard braking. I think my PSS are on their last leg and you can hear them squeal in some of the videos. The only thing that slowed me down was me, and the heat. I didn't push to the rev-limiter hardly at all for fear of engine and oil temps climbing to dangerous levels. Next track day is 7/19 at Atlanta Motor Speedway where I should be able to climb into the 150's on the nascar banking and straights! I'll add to this review than. Hope you like the sound of the JoeZ and Sikky headers....
This was at Track Night In America with SCCA. I should have run in the intermediate class, but overall it was a really fun day, an hour of track time for $125 plus two paced lap sessions. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get out there and have a good time.

Nice man. My whole suspension is stock now, but after 3 track days in it already, I lust for a stiffer one, though probably going to hold off until next season.

Nice video buddy !! Thanks for posting this. The seemed like it did very well and it sounded bad ***. I am liking the sound of the F with the headers more and more.
