Default 2008 Lexus ISF Ultrasonic blue

Hey guys need some help selling my F. Open to suggestions. Have not posted an ad anywhere but on clublexus. In process of doing that soon. Dealer offered 28000 plus save on tax towards the new car. I am looking to get 33000 how realistic is that.

2008 UltraSonic Blue with white/black interior. The entire front has clear bra installed (bumper, hood, fenders) Posting it on CL first in order to give clublexus members an opportunity to grab it first. The car has approximately 77000 miles, still under warranty until August 2016 or 100,000 miles. Also has wheel and tire warranty from Lexus. Garage kept and has always been serviced at Lexus, common issues read on the forum have been addressed including recalls. Full service history available upon request directly from Lexus website. Lexus recently installed new front struts and springs. Furthermore Lexus installed a new radiator, and water pump under warranty. Car has an upgraded steering ECU, updated 2014 model year LED headlights installed by Lexus. Both front new bottom seat covers replaced under warranty. Lexus intalled headers and exhaust 450+ HP, both are covered under warranty as well. Have original headers and exhaust if interested. This is better than buying CPO from dealer, and paying that extra premium for warranty. Asking price 33,000

That is very true KBB is around 29000 private party, however it does not consider rarity of the color combo and that the car still comes with a factory warranty, updated OEM equipment such as the 2014 headlights, etc. PPE headers/Borla Catback installed and warrantied by Lexus. I am looking for a buyer who is specifically looking for this car and recognizes that this is a great deal. One can by the same car for 28,000 without warranty, or can pay a little bit more and get one with a warranty and sleep better at night. I'll price it a bit better once i get the pictures of all the bits of the car and post it on the net. If i dont get a better deal by the time i am ready for my next purchase ill just trade it in.

Blue book is not always correct and for dealer to offer him 28k, it's definitely worth more. That's not factoring the mods on the car as well.

also ad is misleading when talking about the aftermarket headers and exhaust. neither are covered under any warranty.

I think around $29k-$30k max. and the warranties and aftermarket parts, these have no value to the dealer when you want to sell the car. The dealer's price are based from the year, mileage, car history to judge the buying/selling price.

Headers and exhaust are warrantied by dealer, they installed them as well. Its further documented in the history records. In terms of a car being under warranty, is a much better selling point and should be easier to sell compared to one thats not. These cars are pricey to fix when something goes. I guess will see where the sale will go once i put the ad up in a couple of weeks. Thanks guys for your input, really appreciate it.

They warranty the work they did. That was one of the reasons why i paid premium for the install. Actually a few members on here have gone that route, and some have used the same dealership as i have. Regardless the headers/exhaust combo is a plus. Not for trade in, but for a buyer that would appreciate the upgrade.

If the dealer offered you 28k which I find unlikely and you can't wait to sell it I would take the dealers offer. I have my ISF up for sale now on a few sites and everyone keeps trying to low ball.

My car has less mileage then yours and dealer offered me less. I'd say take it unless you can wait.

I am in no rush still enjoying the F, dealer most likely making more money of the sale thats why he offered me a fair trade in value. Based on this thread seems trade in is a good option.

I would ask 35K...that gives you room to negotiate down to about 33....I wouldn't take anything less than 30. All aftermarket work installed and warrantied by the dealer is big...you know some backyard joker didn't do the install...plus changed out water pump and radiator is a selling point as well. Sell them on the fact you got the best color too...
