RacingBrake 2pc rotors and Carbotech XP8 install
The rotors and pads are finally on and I am going to bed them in very early tomorrow morning when nobody is on the road. Here's a bunch of pics from the install. For step by step instructions, refer to caymandive's threads below:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...rake-pads.html
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ke-rotors.html
Overall the install went fairly smoothly...but between taking pictures, me being generally slow, and dealing with the heat, the install took a a few more hours than it should have.
A few things to note:
1) In the future I will always jack the car up high enough to put a jack stand (or my homemade equivalent) under the frame in the middle of the car so that I can work on both the front and back of one side of the car at once.
2) You can use the 13mm bridge bolt from the front brake assembly to dislodge the rusted/heat fused rotors (front and rear) from the hub. Just tighten the bridge bolt into one of the two empty threaded holes near the center of the rotor.
3) While FIGS JACK JAW FRAME RAIL ARMOR is nice and worked well to protect the ridiculously fragile Lexus jack points, you must be very careful to place the jack very evenly on the jack jaw. I bought two jack jaws, but one was destroyed today (and damaged the underside of my side skirt on the passenger side) when the jack jaw gave way while I was lowering the car down.
The rotors and pads are done...tomorrow morning I will bed them in...then tomorrow afternoon I will pick up my Enkei PF01s which now have 275/35R18 Potenza RE-71Rs mounted on them. I'll post all the final pics on my build thread:

By the way, I weighed the rotors. I'm not sure if there have been changes/newer versions of the RB 2pc rotors, but here is what I came up with:
2pc RB Front
Listed weight by RacingBrake: 22.2 lb
Listed weight by FIGS: 20.5 lb
My measured weight: 19.6 lb (19 lb 9 oz)
2pc RB Rear
Listed weight RacingBrake: 18 lb
Listed weight FIGS: 17.5 lb
My measured weight: 18.5 lb (18 lb 8.5 oz)

Early this morning I found an empty stretch of freeway to bed in the brakes. Back to back I did 4x moderate brake 60-20mph, 2x moderate/heavy brake 80-20mph, 4x full brake 80-20mph, and 1x full brake 100-20mph. I then drove a back road 15 minute route home where I didn't have to use the brakes once and let them fully cool down. They feel pretty good so far.

Day 1 was unbelievable. I'm officially hooked. The difference after adding the 2 pc rotors, Carbotech pads, and square 275/35R18 RE-71R setup is crazy. It is a totally different car. I experienced zero brake fade even on the 4th session running full out for 20 minutes. I was hitting between 141-143 mph on the long straight. Oil temps were pretty consistent at 5 bars, but hit 6 bars for a few seconds on the last session. I'm pretty sure that that is the ISF's weakest link. It was approx 85 degrees for the last 2 sessions.
Now I know I have a fair amount of mods, but I still eagerly accepted the instructor's praise. He is a 20 year racing veteran who currently races a 2010 (?) M3. He was amazed at the ISF's speed and grip. He said the balance was way better than his M3...though I'm pretty sure that is mostly because of the tires, diff and coilovers.
