Wheel lock key stolen by AAA.
So I caught a flat tire and called AAA to change my tire. I gave him the key and he used it to change the tire. I didnt realize he had my key until later that night. I called him and he said he had it and that he would send it to me.
ONe month later it still hasnt come. Ive spoken with him twice and he claims he sent it off.
Im gonna chalk it up as a loss, cause im sure he didnt send it. I sent a complaint to AAA and have yet to hear anything.
My question is What can I do to get a viable replacement. I do not want to be stuck with another flat and no rim key.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Any Lexus dealer should have the key replacements. There are numerous patterns to mate to a particular key lock, so what someone from the parts department will do is pretty much see what the pattern is like and go from there. Hopefully the original is returned to you, but if not, replacements are available, even though it shouldn't be needed in this instance.

It's very unlikely that aftermarket wheels will seat well with the OEM lugs. Getting aftermarket lug nuts fit better due to the "acorned" look of each hole when wheels are made. I've seen some TSW wheels fit with the OEM lug nuts, but I never asked owners whether it seated properly and/or if there were any scratches and marks from the lugs coming in contact with the whee itself. But with reference to the McGard registration, there should be a code or specific pattern to locate which one is right for your wheel locks.
