Default BMC Ford Mustang gt hood vent

So I ordered a set of carbon 2014 mustang gt hood vents through bmcextremecustoms.com for $200 shipped. I looked at them in person before making the decision to buy, hell if they don't fit well I know a few mustang guys that'll buy em.

Seems like they would be a bit long. But maybe get some shots of them laying on the hood when they come in.

Wow 200 isn't bad. Hopefully the length is not a problem with the contour of the hood. They look very nice though!

I don't think they'll be that long. My brother has them on his mustang. They aren't huge by any means and they're up toward the window - it's mostly flat on the ISF hood up that high.

Agreed 100%, I saw them on a guys car at work and did a quick forearm size comparison and they should work out well and especially at the price. They have regular non carbon (paintable abs plastic) for $150, either way free shipping!

Here they are! I gotta say they packed these things nuke proof to start, the quality top notch, shipping was quick. Sorry about the night shots, I got home late I'll try to get some tomorow during the day. I had a thought on ordering another companies set of wide version also, I think they would look alil better.

Since you have not gone thru with the install yet I will give my opinion - they look awful. Too long and too narrow. They need to be shorter and wider to flow with the F hood.

if you are going to do this, place the vents differently. For the money I think you should buy a Seibon vented hood.

I'd move the vents as far away from each other as possible just inside the hood crease
