Default Toms diffuser and Lexon style lip installed!!!!

Installed my Diffuser and Lexon style lip last night! Ignore my plea for help haha, scroll down for completed pics!

Hey guys, I just got my diffuser and I'm gonna attempt to install with a friend tonight. I can't read the Japanese writing. I see some pics that basically suggests I put the 3m around the edge of the diffuser. My question is, when does the weather stripping go on? Does it go on the diffuser before the diffuser is put on the car, or is it put on after the diffuser is installed?

Also, does the 3m pac primer get rubbed on to the diffuser and the car before the tape is put on? Thanks guys!!!!!! If someone can briefly write a step by step order in which it should be installed that would be awesome, thanks again! Or maybe post a link? I searched and can't find it

Also, if the adhesion promotor is wiped onto potential visible areas of the paint, will it tarnish paint or should it be wiped off?

I don't know if this is the right way. But it came out perfect. The applicator on the car and diffuser. Molding on the diffuser. 3m tape on diffuser. Take some off. Apply pressure and pull on the tape.

Adhesion promoter on perimeter of diffuser. Tape on after. Put on car.
End.
Had it that way 2+ years with no weather stripping and it's perfect.

Nope you are fine, think of it like when you are at a doctors office getting a flu shot and they clean the area with an alcohol swab.

The purpose is for the adhesion promoter chemical to react with the 3M adhesive to make a firmer bond with whatever you are applying it too. It'll wash off after you install.

Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!! It turned out awesome!!!!!! It was perfectly flush all around, and then overnight it very slightly separated in one spot leaving a tiny little gap, nothing noticeable. I appreciate all your help guys! I also installed my lip last night too Here are a couple pics I shot this morning!
