ISS Forged QES/PPE Headers Exhaust Clips
Made a quick video of some clips of my ISS Forged QES/ PPE Headers. The car is so loud that the microphone can't even capture it that well.

OMG! I can't believe I overlooked this thread. The sound is simply bad ***!!! OP I'm a family man myself, although it's ultimately my ride and the wife has her GLK350. I do ride my daughter back and forth from school. I want to be considerate?...lol. My first F had straight pipes and the wife hated it but I guess understood it. I recently switched over to a new F and quite Frankly all of us are enjoying the stock feel and sound of the car. My problem is, I want the ISS forged look and performance gains but don't want the exhaust to be too raspy sounding. I do like the Joe Z sound a lot but I'm not a fan of the aesthetic design of the exhaust. I don't want gaps In the diffuser area like the straight pipes had. I'm also concerned about occasional fuel smell from this setup. It's a No go for me. On occasion the straight pipe setup would release a faint fuel smell... I'm torn though because after hearing this, it's just ***** to the wall awesome sounding. Did you do this setup together or separately? If separately can you chime in on the overall experience of the exhaust itself. At this point , I don't think I'm gonna mess with the stock headers. I like loudness but I definitely strive for quality and refinement. Any advice is much appreciated! A W E S O M E! Setup either way! I'm sure you break necks all the time.

Thank you, car sounds like a screaming thunderstorm when I drive by haha, love it. I previously had the Joe-z/ PPE set up, first got the joe-z loved it, but was too quiet, then got the headers and it was loud (sounded great + performance gains), then I drove a friends car , M4ksup isf w/ his full meisterschaft/sikky set up and my car sounded like a prius, so I found this exhaust and it can somewhat compare now. But to answer your question, I think the ISS Forged DES exhaust would be perfect for a family man like yourself without headers and if its still too loud, add cats. the DES is a little quieter then the QES and still has those ISS exhaust tips!
