F bites the dust
So I was at the local Lexus dealer this evening and started talking with one of the salesmen. He mentioned that they had an '08 ISF with about 20K that just got sold two weeks ago. I told him I had seen it before it was sold. It was in really good shape, almost like new. Anyway he told me a 24 year old 'kid' bought it. Lasted him three days before he wrote it off.

The point of the thread was to convey a sense of sorrow for the loss of an ISF and to reinforce the fact that it is easy to forget how incredible these cars are. If anyone had seen the pristine condition of the car, I'm sure they would have been saddened to hear of its demise.
The "24 year old kid" part was just what the salesman said. The salesman appeared to be a person close to 60 years so I suspect any relatively young person could be referenced as a "kid" by him.

2011 ISF with 16K Kilometers sitting in my garage until at least April 2015. Wonder what its worth.... Foot of snow on the ground right now for you people who think I'm saving my car for no reason. I only get 6 months max a year to drive it.
Anyways, no matter what its worth, I wouldn't sell it. My next mod will be a 150 shot of nos, going to break in to the 11's this year at the track.
