It depends what you're looking for. Low dusting, high performance, or a compromise of the two. Some brands include Project Mu, Stoptech, Hawk, Feroda, and of course there is OEM. Also, some vendors here have discounted pricing for Club Lexus members. It wouldn't hurt to check out the Vendor Announcements to see what is available right now for the IS F with brake pads.

Rotors is a different issue. Some still stick with the drilled one-piece OEM, while I myself will be having two-piece rotors from RacingBrake installed. FIGS, a vendor here, has collaborated to have an entire set of pads and brake rotors as an upgrade to the OEM IS F set There is also a thread by MK4Sup_isF about the same two-piece rotors available. It is definitely great pricing and sure to reduce unsprung weight at the wheels.

Best of luck, and keep enjoying that F!

Glad this was posted, I will be needing brakes in the next 10k myself. Speed-freaks.net has a nice selection. I like their economy package just not sure which pads to choose for a perfect blend of performance & brake dust.

autozone duralast golds pads. If you want very low cost, practically no dust, and a little less initial bite (which I like better)
raybestos rotors from amazon with 2 day free shipping

yes, i love this setup. all four corners rotors and pads. no issues at all, easier to drive around town because the bite is more normal. I never notice any brake dust. I wash the car once a week and the wheels dont need any attention like before when they would be covered in dust after a day.

I'm using the Raybestos rotors on mine and they are great. And they're dirt cheap!

As others have already mentioned, we have several options for you depending on how the vehicle is used and what characteristics you prioritize in a brake setup. Of course we offer discounts to our friends here on CL as well

Please let me know if I can help with anything!
