VERY EASY FIX !!!!
Cal a company called FIBRENEW. They are national and can reconditon the seat to look like a new s eat. I used them on my LS when I had dye fading and a hole on the seat from a blade I had in my back pocket when I sat down on the seat
pretty sure they are national.

I got Fibrenew to do some touch up on the my seats. I have the white leather seats which are a complete pain to keep clean and they seem to scuff really easily. I am overall happy with the work these guys do, generally seemed super detailed. I got both my seats touched up quite extensively with scuffs and wear on both seats and parts getting re-dyed. Cost was $200, guy was here from 11am - 2 though.
Here one example of a before and after of the driver side left bolster. (I apologize if my photos or links are crap)

sorry it took so long to respond guys. I looked it up and for them to fix the tear and spray the entire surface it was $210 at the dealership. Its amazing. It even holds up to weekly or biweekly leather cleaning. No dye ever came off
THERE IS NO WAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TELL !!! Its an amazing service. I was almost going to drop thousands on a new seat. These guys will save the day

I had fibrenew do my drivers bolster and as well as a very minor correction on the passenger side. This was done about 3-4 years ago. The drivers bolster was lightly scuffed but I thought I would get it renewed before it got worse. The repair looked good but within a couple of years the repair seemed to be wearing away showing the previous worn look before the fibrenew repair. I am a bit disappointed because it seems it was mostly a cosmetic repair and does not appear to last. I hardly drive the car and I am extremely particular about getting in and out without rubbing against the boster. Typically I will grab the steering wheel and pull myself away from the seat back before getting out of the seat so that I am hardly touching the bolster. It is my belief that the ISF leather is just not as durable as the leather in other Lexus cars. I owned a GS400 for over 15 years and it did not wear nearly as quickly as the F. I also own a 2010 HS250 with upgraded semi-analine leather package and it also wears reasonably well. The GS400 and HS250 were/are daily drivers and have at least 5x as much mileage on them compared to my F but the F leather just doesn't seem as durable and fibrenew repair is ok for a while but equally not as durable.
